Life Transitions Therapy — Navigating Midlife & Beyond

A few things you may be wondering.

A few practical questions people usually want answered before the first conversation.

We briefly talk about what brings you to therapy, I answer any questions you have, and we get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit. There's no obligation to schedule afterward.

Mostly, we begin getting to know each other. I'll want to understand what brought you in, what's happening in your life, and what you'd like therapy to help with — even if you're not entirely sure yet.

You don't need to prepare anything.

Most clients begin with weekly or every-other-week sessions. How often we meet depends on what you're looking for and what makes sense for you.

Yes. All sessions are conducted through secure telehealth video. Because I'm licensed in California, clients need to be physically located in California at the time of their sessions.

My fee is $200 for a 45-minute session.

I work with clients who have access to mental health benefits through Lyra, and I also see clients with Aetna, Anthem, Health Net, and Cigna through Octave Mental Health. Coverage and eligibility vary, so I'm happy to help you determine whether your benefits apply.

The relationship you have with your therapist matters. The free consultation gives us both a chance to see how the conversation feels before deciding whether to work together.
